Livestream Shopping Show Producer – UK
- Ultimate responsibility for defining customer requirements and delivering these on time
- Complete client workshop to define all aspects of the service including show formats, products & service focus, studio design, timings etc
- Develop overall implementation project plan and coordinate with customer
- Work with technical team to ensure technical requirements are in place (Java scripts, landing pages, eCommerce platform integration) & ensure alignment with customer technical department. Ensure configuration and testing completed
- Ensure analytics requirements are set up to enable insights
- Develop and agree a digital traffic plan (email, SMS, web banners, social media) with customer to ensure required engagement
- Define, optimize and agree best in class customer experience
- Engage with brand department to lock down requirements – logo, colour, set design, host selection, script writer selection etc
- Engage with social media team to ensure all contracts & set up is in place and discuss content requirements (long form, shoppable videos). Set up Livecel as agency provider
- Discuss and agree proposed content strategy with marketing/agency team to make them unique and engaging. Obtain customer marketing calendar and develop suitable scripts based on this that are signed off by the customer
- Ensure customer objectives have been finalized to measure performance

- Ownership from go live and ensuring sales & brand engagement targets are met during show & overall
- Responsible for developing & executing winning account growth strategy
- Developing account issue resolution plan & ensuring execution
- Account stakeholder management & escalation management
- Responsible for customer NPS & Satisfaction Scores
- Link between customer & studio to ensure successful execution
- Developing best in class traffic generation plans to ensure increased viewers and sales
- Performance management - ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded and developing improvement plans
- Leveraging insights and analytics to optimize performance – products & services, offers presenters, scripts
- Sample management
- Giveaway management – define, acquire & deliver to winners
- Performance reviews with wider team: studio, tech, content, hosts, script writers, etc
- Operational management – making sure partners are meeting SLAs and contracts with escalation as appropriate
